Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pan India Relocation, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and stress-free moving experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are allowed for our relocation and logistics services.
1. Cancellation of Services

Same-day cancellations (before service initiation) may be accepted if informed immediately after booking.

If the packing or relocation process has already begun, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

Cancellations for confirmed bookings must be communicated via email (panindiarelocation@gmail.com) or phone (+91-9833358181).
2. Non-Cancellable Services

Once the relocation team has reached the pickup location and work has commenced, the service cannot be cancelled.

Urgent / same-day relocation services are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
3. Refund Conditions

If you cancel your booking before service initiation, a refund may be provided after deducting administrative/processing charges.

If you cancel after partial service execution (e.g., packing done, transport arranged), refund eligibility will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

In case we fail to provide the booked service due to reasons on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, card, UPI) used at the time of booking.
5. Damaged or Lost Goods

In case of any claim regarding damaged or lost items during relocation, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will investigate, and compensation (if applicable) will be limited to the service charges paid, unless insurance coverage has been separately taken by the customer.
